The device admin should be able to uninstall Mobicip like any other software in the computer from Control Panel.

Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program > Mobicip > Right Click > Uninstall. Authenticate the process with the admin password. Make sure that you are logged as the admin of the computer.

If it does not work, we suggest that you try the following and check if it helps:

1. Please type "services" in start menu search bar.

2. You should see a "Gear" icon named "Services", click on it to open "services".

3. Search for "Mobicip_Manager" in the list and start/restart it.

4. Then try to un-install Mobicip again.

Once done, reinstall Mobicip afresh on the computer by following the steps outlined in this tutorial.
